There aint nothing short of emergencies to be driving that fast for. I hate to see someone get a ticket of any kind, but I think that you'd be better off getting a ticket instead of having to be cut out of your car due to a speed related accident.

So what kind of wrench turning are you doing? I got into Mack trucks back in 1993-94 and started enjoying putting those bulldogs together. The jugs are a little work to get right, and they do take a pulling system to pull (dry sleave). But if you have the right tools it is a snap!
The engines' timing and injector systems have gone digital now, the engine industry has passed me by.

I am doing just basic maintenance and repairs on logging trucks. Usually older equipment. Today I had a little fun getting a 1990 Mack dumper that had been parked in 2000 on the path back to being roadworthy again. From what I could see, it got parked because it was all to pieces to start with. Getting it back running and legal a really fun task. Not a single tire on it had air. Weeds as high as your head growing around it, and somehow mice had made a bloddy mess of the interior. Fortunately, all was not lost, the signal reservoir on it was full of Blinker Fluid!!!

Well just switched my insurance over to AAA saved me about $150 a year. They did a driving record check and say I have a clean record. Its been better than 8 years on the first one and 2 years 9 months on the last one. Now I work less then 6 miles from the house.

Well I got another ticket in August last year. Got pulled over by a sheriffs deputy, by Ennis tx. Did the same trick about over paying the ticket. Found out from my insurance today its on my driving record. This worked in the one horse town of Wilmer and the big city of Houston tx. But it sure didn't work around Ennis. I sure thought I found the easy way to save my driving record. I guess from now on don't believe anything I say. The only good thing is my insurance isn't going up for the ticket.
