Does anyone know anything about Lisa Motor Lines? I never read a thing about them. How is their school and what about a contract? Said they train for free without any contracts. Well, the recruiter told me this. A new class begins every Monday in Texas.

I did a search on roundtable.truck.net/viewtopic.php?t=35540&highlight=lisa+motor+lines and not much there, this about it. BTW the poster was replying to a guy in Texas ********* Lisa is a 'hometown' company around here. I have talked to some of their drivers, not a lot of bad, but that is driver talk, so it's worth maybe zero or less, but I do notice they only rarely run ads in the local drivers wanted sections of the newspaper, so they might be OK as far as dweller outfits go, and since they are registered in your home state, that is also a plus for you, legal wise. *********

I used to train for a school here in Fort Worth Texas that was dedicated to Lisa. Talked to alot of students that were happy with it, and some that hated it.
Lisa is one of those companies that you kinda make your own luck. I talked to one old timer that had been there forever....back when they still hauled swinging beef and he said he never had a thought about going anywhere else. The school I am at now has Lisa available to them. I will say this, they put on a real good barbecue! Right there on Mony Street off of I 35 W.
